Legwork by DDS BrandMission

To lead our clients on a journey to build brand promises that cause action in their clients. Born out of the connection that is made between active loyal patrons and word of mouth marketing efforts. Once developed, we automate the referral and retention communications process with our state of the art Legwork automation software.

Philosophy

We think of a business as a brand story. Every business we work with has a unique story that has lost momentum or has yet to be discovered. Our team has a unique passion for helping businesses tell their stories, and accurately communicate who they are to each and every client.

Our Story

In 1991, the company was being formed with aspirations of becoming a brand development agency who was to be known for it’s unique approach to creative branding and relationship marketing tactics for a wide array of markets. As it turns out most of our original dream has come true with one unforeseen twist. Our universe had a specific niche’ industry in mind as we signed a dental management consultant who then introduced us to the world of dentistry.

Today, DDS Brand is recognized as a leader in developing, marketing and managing award winning dental practice brands across the country. More recently, we have launched an online automated client relationship management program to our arsenal of services. We call this system Legwork.

For years prior to using Legwork, the team at DDS Brand would spend days each and every month researching and compiling dental practice demographic information in an attempt to build and manage the multiple practice marketing programs at any given time. Once the data had been compiled, the work had only just begun. The team at DDS Brand would then assist the practices patient coordinator in implement the programs we put in place by fulfilling targeted mailings, making follow up phone calls to the recall list, tracking and sending referral rewards and more.

Today, the Legwork widget is installed in more than just dental practices but various markets who enjoy the seamless collection the client demographic data and automated marketing solutions. The Legwork widget is automates a series of marketing communications throughout the year that are pre-designed and client and market specific. These materials are specifically designed with imagery and content that demographically match the target clients expressed interests to build trust, gain their loyalty and inspire them to refer. All of this is then tracked, monitored and adjusted as time goes on ensuring the business realizes a postive return on their investment in DDS Brand and Legwork Automation.
